We are alive :)

We are I promise :). Things have been very crazy! But flying by we area already starting our third week of nursing school! It's been way fun and interesting. It's so nice to be able to learn about things you'll actually use! We've done lots of health assessment's listening to heart, lungs, bellies, and just checking the body out. We've also learned how to remove staples and stitches. We are really enjoying all of this even though we are SO busy! We were able to sneak home this weekend for Kolt's birthday! My little big brother is 18!!! HOLY COW I can't even believe it. I made him the Book of Kolt for his birthday. It just was a Minny scrap book of our childhood. We were able to go to Kolts football game he did really well.. The team not so much :). Then Saturday we helped out with the boys 4-H horse show at the Blackfoot State Fair. They did really really well! It was Kolt's last year! Sunday was Cowboy Play day. Which we've attended as long as I can remember! It consists of team penning and team branding. It was way fun to watch all our friends compete. To top the night of we watched the truck/tractor pulls it was pretty intense! The best one was a tractor with 5 engines! Monday Daddy took us up to Harriman State Park on a horse back ride to hear the elk bugle it was AMAZING! We discorvered the fun game of horse tag along the way. It was so much fun! The only problem we had the whole time was cows taking us. Come to find out wolves have chased them so much that they've turned mean. Dad's buddies have some cows in and around there. When we got done we came home and stacked a bunch of hay for dad. Landon needed a work out for the weekend :) We sure got it. It was actually nice to do that type of stuff again. We had an awesome weekend! Now to look forward to a ton of tests and more clinical labs!
